The In-Betweeners is a growing community where members can gain support, build networks, make new friends, and have access to valuable resources during a transitional period in their life. You may be someone who experienced a layoff or is making a career change, sold a company and is semi-retired, or someone who is just stepping back to discover what’s next. We aim to be a welcoming, helpful, inspiring resource for people going through a major work/life transition.

Founder
After selling his Colorado-based company, Scott found himself unsure of what was next. He moved to San Diego and created The In-Betweeners Group to connect with others in the area also going through a life transition, and to provide each other with support, comraderie, new connections, and new opportunities.

Kate is a marketing and communications professional in San Diego county. After experiencing a layoff, she joined the In-Betweeners to find support and connect with others figuring out their next move.
